Position Overview
- Provide foot reflexology and related wellness treatments to customers.
- Assess customers' needs and recommend suitable reflexology services.
- Perform foot massage and reflexology techniques in a professional and hygienic manner.
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and work areas in a clean and sanitary condition.
- Schedule and manage customer appointments.
- Attend to customer enquiries and provide information on available services.
- Ensure customers' comfort and satisfaction during treatments.
- Comply with company policies, workplace safety, and hygiene requirements.
- Assist with general operational duties as assigned by the employer.
- Perform duties at clinics and other general medical service facilities as required by the company.
