The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join a professional building services maintenance team covering commercial properties across Central London.

This role will involve travelling between multiple commercial office buildings and mixed-use properties carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and general building services maintenance across landlord M&E systems.

We are specifically looking for engineers with either a mechanical or electrical trade bias, combined with solid commercial maintenance experience within occupied buildings.

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys variety, autonomy, and working across high-profile Central London sites.
