Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

To monitor production workers hygiene and cleanliness program
To conduct in-house training for workers on GMP, HACCP, ISO22000, BRC/FSSC22000 to achieve “Zero Defect”
To request the Certificate of Analysis (COA) / Product Specification for all incoming raw materials and packing materials from suppliers.
To inspect the incoming raw materials/packing materials or in-process failures, product recall, issue NCR and follow up with the remedial measures that have been taken to prevent future happenings
To monitor the In-line Quality control at production’s processes.
Ensures OPRP, CCP and Halal control points are within requirements
To maintain equipment for calibration and update calibration records as required.
To coordinate samples for external lab analysis, monitor laboratory test analysis and monthly water test
To follow up on all standing customer complaints and customer feedback investigations reports with related departmen...
