Duties & Responsibilities Conduct product application trials on new products Assist in the development of products and exploration of new markets Provide customer training as needed Perform on-site testing and evaluation of products as required by clients Contribute to new product development for butchers and large factories to expand market opportunities Collaborate with Senior Food Technologists in liaising with customers Offer technical advisory services to butchers, including consultations on product quality, production capacities, and efficiencies Assist in the implementation of quality control/assurance systems to enhance production output and product shelf life Research potential new markets for business growth Analyze and report on sales leads related to clients Desired Experience & Qualification
