Position Overview
Job Description:
This role combines product innovation, food safety and quality assurance to support HarriAnn's expanding manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will work closely with our Executive Chef and production teams to uphold product consistency, food safety standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with Executive Chef on product innovation, recipe development and production scalability
Conduct product trials, sensory evaluations and R&D on new ingredients, recipes and production methods
Ensure product consistency, quality and manufacturability across production batches
Support initiatives such as healthier choice products, shelf-life extensions and process improvements
Conduct QA checks, production audits and food safety inspections within the Central Kitchen
Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP and regulatory requirements
