The Food Strategist is responsible for driving menu strategy and product optimization within the F&B business. This role combines data-driven decision-making, market trend analysis, and brand alignment to develop compelling menu offerings that enhance sales performance and customer experience.
Working under the Marketing Department, the Food Strategist collaborates cross-functionally with Product Development, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure that menu innovations are commercially viable, operationally efficient, and aligned with the brandβs identity.
