Position Overview
The Food Services Supervisor (FSS) will report to Program leadership, sharing the responsibility for the performance of the work and on all contract matters relating to the daily DFAC operation of this contract. The FSS is responsible for sharing oversight of all work requirements, including scheduling of personnel, work supervision, and quality control. The FSS will oversee all contracted DFAC operations and will be able to effectively communicate, using technical manuals and references.
The FSS is responsible for the supervision and management of all aspects of food services. Through their oversight and management, their staff prepares meals in large quantities using various methods of cooking. Their oversight includes food service supervision over all food preparation and service activities.
