**Job Summary and Qualifications**

· You will be responsible for supervising all patient food service activities, including patient tray line, diet office, floor stock, and reprocessing operations.

· You will maintain and improve standards of food service.

· You will assist in maintaining and improving patient food service procedures.

· You will ensure that department areas, equipment and machinery are set-up to work at appropriate levels.

· You will evaluate patient menu selections and makes adjustments with diet order guidelines and patient preferences.

· You will inspect trays for 100% accuracy on tray line.
