Team Leadership & Training Oversee and manage all floor crew to maintain high service standards. Recruit, train and mentor both full-time and part-time staff to build an efficient and motivated team. Plan and optimize work schedules to ensure smooth daily operations. B.
Operations & Efficiency Lead and execute daily F&B operations while continuously enhancing workflow efficiencies.
