Provide leadership in food service operations as the Food Services Assistant Director at peopleCare. This part-time role focuses on meal quality and compliance with dietary regulations.
The Assistant Director of Food Services supports the Director in ensuring high standards in meal preparation and service. Responsibilities include monitoring residents' nutritional status and maintaining accurate records of food safety. This position requires someone who fits well within a collaborative team and actively promotes safety and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in supervising meal preparation and service
• Monitor and document resident nutritional health
• Maintain compliance with provincial food safety regulations
• Attend training sessions and promote positive resident feedback
