Demonstrated Skills and Competencies:
Possession of very good interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation. Adaptable to the needs of the students/ patrons and possess the ability to be creative with food and menus. Willingness to upgrade knowledge and skills by taking advantage of in-service training opportunities. The ability to appreciate and effectively relate to and communicate with students and staff in a team setting is required. Well-developed organizational and time management skills.Food Preparation and Service:
