Summary This position is located at the Morale, Welfare, and Recreation operation at NAVAL STATION NORFOLK FOOD AND BEVERAGE LOCATED IN NORFOLK, VA. The primary purpose for the establishment of this job is to perform all or a variety of Food Service work and cashier duties. Responsibilities Sets up and replenishes food line, steam table, and food service counters with hot and cold food. Serves food cafeteria style prepares self-service stations by setting up condiments, silverware, and glassware. Set up dining room tables for service. Prepare fruits and vegetables for cooking and serving by cleaning, peeling, cutting, scraping, chopping, and dicing. Operates in accordance with safety regulations, powered and mechanical kitchen equipment to include potato peelers, slicers, mixers, grinders, scales and measuring devices.
