Position Overview
Summary The primary purpose for the establishment of this job is to perform all or a variety of Food Service work and cashier duties. Responsibilities Sets up and replenish cafeteria line, steam table, and food service counters with hot and cold food. Serves food cafeteria style, prepares self-service stations by setting up condiments, silverware, and glassware. Sets up dining room tables for service. Prepares fruits and vegetables for cooking and serving by cleaning, peeling, cutting, scraping, chopping, and dicing. Operates in accordance with safety regulations, powered and mechanical kitchen equipment to include potato peelers, slicers, mixers, grinders, scales and measuring devices. Unload supply trucks and place supplies in proper storage and area and brings supplies to work areas as required. Washes dishes, pots and pans, either manually or by mechanical dishwasher.
