Summary This position is located at the Veterans Memorial Golf Course, Buckley's, Food and Beverage Division, Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) Department, Naval Station Great Lakes, Illinois. The purpose of this position is to give management the latitude to cover both a Bartender position and a Food Service Worker position using one employee. Responsibilities 40% 1. Prepares a limited variety of alcoholic drinks by selecting proper premix and garnish where a working knowledge of the various mixed drinks is required. Serves patrons at counter or table service. Receives payment, operates a cash register, and makes and returns change to patrons or waiter. Works from drink recipes and is held strictly responsible for pre-measuring drinks to meet all retail accountability requirements. 35% 2.
