Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Tinker Event Center. Physical Effort: Continual standing and walking, and frequent stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling, and bending. Frequently lifts or moves objects weighing up to 30 pounds unassisted, and occasionally lifts or moves heavier objects with assistance. Working conditions: Works in hot and noisy kitchens. Exposed to steam, fumes and odors. Danger of falling, burns and cuts. Responsibilities Prepares specialty beverages in a free-standing coffee operation. Operates a commercial grade espresso machine. Grinds fresh coffee beans. Prepares beverage by adjusting the grind of the beans, dosing the amount of coffee to be used, tamps down the ground coffee in the basket and obtains the desired extraction.
