+ **Location** : Fay J. Lindner Assisted Living - 68 Hauppauge Road, Commack, NY 11725.
+ **Schedule** : Full time schedule. 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Days may vary. Further details upon interview.
+ **Requirement** : 1 year of prior experience in long term care experience required.
