Position Overview
• Manage institutional and HORECA accounts and achieve sales target set by the Company with focus on placement, distribution and saturation grid.
• Establish and maintain good trade relations with the accounts.
• Develop and add customers and negotiate for the best trade deals for the company in terms of marketing, merchandising and distribution aimed at improving and optimizing sales and operations efficiency.
• Prepare and submit reports related to accounts management and sales performances.
REQUIREMENTS:
• With Bachelor's Degree in any business related course
• With at least 2 years work experience in the same capacity preferably from an FMCG or manufacturing company
• With excellent negotiation, communication & inter-personal skills
• Proficient in excel, power point presentation and can write business correspondences
• Proactive, assertive, result-oriented and self-motivated
