Job Responsibilities
- Manage the day‑to‑day food service operation, delegate tasks, motivate, and coach staff.
- Oversee operational flow on the floor and address staff and operational concerns.
- Direct food production planning, waste management, record keeping, and follow‑up.
- Ensure food safety standards and HACCP compliance at all times.
- Proactively manage food and labour cost controls.
- Recruit, train, and orient staff.
- Schedule staff and fill shifts as needed.
- Supervise cash handling procedures such as balance cash float, safe, and deposits.
