This role blends strong operational leadership with innovation—analyzing dining trends, student feedback, and service patterns to introduce fresh menu ideas and engaging dining experiences.

As a key member of the residential dining team, you will help maintain the overall look, feel, and hospitality of the dining experience while building meaningful connections with students and staff. You will ensure high standards of food quality, safety, service, and operational excellence. This is a closing role that works past midnight and includes weekend coverage. A culinary background is a strong plus.
