**Description:**

You will provide leadership, accountability and are responsible for leading and daily operation of the Patient Services area of Clinical Nutrition Services. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining compliance with regulatory and accrediting agencies and safe food handling. Supervise staff.

What You'll Do: -

Supervises Dietary Service staff in preparation of cold menu items, assembly of patient meal trays and service of patient meals and related activities for patients of all ages.
