Main Tasks:
Checks and monitors company's compliance to Food Safety and HACCP Standards that include but not limited to Cleanliness and Sanitation, Product Quality in the production area, overall good warehousing practices.
Keeps a daily monitoring record of pertinent documents for Food Safety and HACCP Compliance.
Works together with Operations team to assess product problems and brainstorm solutions.
Inspects production machinery and employee's personal hygiene to ensure the production process runs smoothly.
