Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure compliance with food safety protocols across assigned outlets
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Prepare and maintain documentation and reports related to food safety performance
- Work closely with outlet teams to implement corrective and preventive actions
- Train staff on food safety and sanitation best practices
Qualifications
- Preferably with at least 1–2 years of experience as a QA/QC Specialist or Officer in the food industry
- Graduate of Food Technology, Microbiology, Nutrition and Dietetics, or related course
- Knowledgeable in GMP, HACCP, and other food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong attention to detail and documentation
- Willing to travel or be assigned to any of the following areas: Makati, Quezon City, Taguig, Lagun...
