Position Overview
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 35 years experience in food industry process management, quality, or compliance.
- Experience with FSSC 22000 Version 6, including understanding of ISO 22000, PRPs (Prerequisite Programs), and HACCP principles.
- Experience in internal auditing for food safety or quality management systems.
- Can start ASAP.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor business processes to ensure alignment with FSSC 22000 Version 6 requirements.
- Conduct and support internal audits across departments to verify compliance with food safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Identify gaps, non-conformities, and areas for process improvement; prepare audit reports and follow-up action plans.
