About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Processing Manager to oversee all activities related to the pulp and drying plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily production operations, supervising staff, maintaining product quality, enforcing food safety standards, and ensuring efficient processing from raw fruit intake through final packaging. This position requires a hands‑on leader who can manage both people and processes within a fast‑paced food production environment while maintaining high operational, hygiene and safety standards.
