Position Overview
We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Food Counter Staff to assist customers at the service counter. The role involves taking orders, serving food, handling payments, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a polite and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Process payments (cash/card) when required
- Ensure customer satisfaction at all times
Requirements

- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
