Develop new concept and new style on store display in assigned markets Develop and implement overall strategic plan, directions, guideline in the areas of Business Development Set annual business and operations target of Cost Control and review regularly Develop and refine continuously the business model of Cost Control Department in assigned markets Develop, implement and maintain Merchandising System, Vendor Management System and Purchase and Management System Plan and implement major in-store promotion with selling & promotion team Requirement: :
