Work in the F&B outlets to ensure achievement of strategic departmental goals, especially in the area of guest satisfaction. Be prepared to work all different shifts within the Restaurant service, banquet service, room service, bar service, club lounge service. The trainee will have an introduction and notions of the conventions department, an overview of the F&B managerβs tasks an introduction to the Cost control department.
