Position Overview
**Description:**
Supervise daily F&B operations, establishing and maintaining policies and procedures
· Maintain floor presence during service hours, assisting with needs of the operation
· Interact with guests to investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
· Perform and assist in some service tasks, such as assisting guests, re-stocking, counting inventory, bussing/food running, and cashier duties when necessary
· Monitoring set up and maintenance of department to ensure all side work is complete
· Ensure associates are kept informed of any changes in policies or events.
· Ensure that department goals are communicated, understood, and met by all employees
