The Food & Beverage team plays a central role in shaping the Carnegie Club experience, delivering personalised, high-end service across multiple venues on the estate, from the historic castle and contemporary golf clubhouse to unique estate-wide locations. Our Food & Beverage team are responsible for the delivery of Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea and Dinner service for our in-house members, ensuring that these are delivered with consistency, whilst allowing the team to let their personalities shine. We are deeply committed to fostering a healthy work-life balance.
