40 hours, OTE £34,000 pa 
The Food & Beverage Supervisor supports the day‑to‑day operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring high service standards, smooth team coordination, and an excellent guest experience. This role assists in leading the front‑of‑house team, maintaining compliance with company policies, and driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily F&B operations, ensuring service runs efficiently and according to company standards.
Support the opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, reporting, and stock checks.
Ensure all food and beverage items are presented and served consistently and safely.
Assist in training, coaching, and motivating team members to deliver exceptional service.
Coordinate floor staff during busy periods, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
