A three (3) Star hotel located in the Eastern Region requires the services of a Food & Beverage Supervisor.
Job Description
• Coordinate and supervise activities of food and beverage (F&B) staff to provide high valued services to guests
• Assist in the training of the food and beverage team on a regular basis in liaison with Food & Beverage Manager
• Have full knowledge of all menu items being served
• Ensure that all beverage write offs/breakages are signed off by the F&B cost controller and the F&B Manager on a regular basis
• Ensure that all food and beverage complementary bills are posted, settled and signed-off by the relevant managers on a daily basis
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging services to all guests
• Supervise food and beverage team in all aspects of the department and ensure standard operating procedures are followed
