About the job Food & Beverage Service Crew DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - To provide excellent F&B service to guests
- To take orders, serve guests and clear tables
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Ensure the outlet is kept clean and tidy at all times
- Manage outlet inventory level
- Rotation to other F&B outlets when necessary
- Any other duties as assigned by Superiors
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE Relevant experience in the F&B industry
- Able operate a Point of Sales (POS) machine
- Passionate, cheerful and positive, service oriented and an excellent team player
- Enjoy interaction with customers, able to communicate effectively in basic English and good interpersonal skills
