Position Overview
Take responsibility for the business performance of the brand Responsible for overseeing all the branch under the assigned brand Constantly review, evaluate operations/procedures and suggest improvements to upper management Develop and maintain the brand's image Accurately project and control P&L for the overall financial health of the brand Responsible for the development and progression of operations staff Provide effective leadership to Area and Restaurant Supervisor Handle disciplinary issues and conducting Annual review for staff Ensure the Area and Branch Supervisor adhere to company standards Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned Must have management experience in Food and Beverage At least 5 years of Food and Beverage management experience Must be able to read and write Chinese so as to communicate with Chinese speaking staff
