Role Overview - Take responsibility for the business performance of the brand
- Responsible for overseeing all the branch under the assigned brand
- Constantly review, evaluate operations/procedures and suggest improvements to upper management
- Develop and maintain the brand's image
- Accurately project and control P&L for the overall financial health of the brand
- Responsible for the development and progression of operations staff
- Provide effective leadership to Area and Restaurant Supervisor
- Handle disciplinary issues and conducting Annual review for staff
- Ensure the Area and Branch Supervisor adhere to company standards
- Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Must have management experience in Food and Beverage
