As F&B Operations Manager, you will be responsible to find new ways to look after the business, guests, and colleagues for Fi'lia and Black Lacquer outlets at Roswyn, A Morgans Originals hotel. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are: 

• Functions as the strategic business leader of the hotel's Food & Beverage service operations for Restaurants, Bars, Room Service, Purchasing, Stewarding where applicable.
• Position monitors the development and implementation of Outlet marketing strategies and verifies implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives.
