Brand Building & Positioning: Elevate the profile of each outlet through compelling storytelling, creative campaigns and consistent on-brand messaging across all digital, print and social media channels.
PR & Media Relations: Manage relationships with media influencers and PR agencies. Oversee press releases, FAM trips, interviews and restaurant-related publicity campaigns.
Campaign Management: Launch and manage promotions, seasonal campaigns and event marketing to drive footfall, revenue and customer engagement.
Content & Digital: Oversee the creation of content (photography, video, basic editing, copy) for social media, email marketing and website updates in collaboration with the hotel marketing team.
