Position Overview
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Assist in managing the hotel’s Food & Beverage operations to ensure the achievement of established food and beverage quality standards, guest service standards, and departmental revenue and profit targets.
+ Ensure compliance with local regulations regarding health, safety, and other statutory requirements, as well as brand standards and hotel policies and procedures.
+ Support the daily operations of the Restaurants and Bars outlets and keep the Director of Restaurants and Bars (or designated person) informed of any significant decisions taken and other relevant operational matters.
+ Assume the duties and responsibilities of the Director of Restaurants and Bars in his/her absence.
**Operational Control and Monitoring**
Monitor and analyze the following on an ongoing basis:
+ Sales performance
+ Operational costs
+ Quality and presentation of food and beverage products
