**Key Responsibilities**
**Guest Service**
+ Greet guests warmly and assist them in a courteous and professional manner
+ Ensure prompt and efficient service at all times
+ Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints effectively
+ Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
**Operations**
+ Set up and maintain buffet/restaurant area as per brand standards
+ Ensure proper table setting, clearing, and resetting
+ Assist in food and beverage service (breakfast, lunch, dinner as applicable)
+ Ensure all service areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked
**Hygiene & Safety**
+ Follow food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP guidelines)
+ Maintain cleanliness of workstations and dining areas
+ Ensure proper handling and storage of food items
+ Comply with health and safety regulations
**Teamwork**
+ Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for smooth service
