As Food and Beverage Assistant you'll be responsible for ensuring that guests have a positive, first-class dining experience. You'll greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and handle payments. You'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and organised dining area, restocking supplies, and assisting with food preparation as needed while working agilely to support the wider business. Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail are essential for this role and you’ll always work with Aimbridge's four pillars of Food and Beverage in mind: People, Product, Guest, Performance.
