Position Overview
Deliver high-quality food and beverage service, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and maintaining a professional, polite, and client-focused demeanor.
Provide efficient waiting service during meal times.
Serve food and beverages in meeting rooms and the restaurant, ensuring areas are cleaned and replenished as needed.
Adhere to daily plans and rotas.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in all catering areas, completing relevant cleaning schedules.
Assist with dishwashing and ensure catering equipment is clean and well-maintained, in accordance with Health & Safety guidelines.
Comply with company training programs and related documents.
Support any reasonable requests relevant to the department's operations.
Monitor and maintain stock levels under the supervision of the F&B Team Leader, Supervisor, or a senior manager.
Ensure timely delivery of all food and beverages.
