Responsibilities
- Preheat and maintain grills to the correct temperature.
- Grill a variety of foods such as meats, seafood, vegetables, and other menu items.
- Ensure food is cooked to order, following specific customer preferences and restaurant standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a griller or in a similar cooking position is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
