Position Overview

We currently have exciting opportunities for experienced Food and Beverage Supervisors to join our DIDO team in the Bowen Basin, QLD.
This is a hands-on leadership role supervising the team of General Assistants within the dining room and crib area to drive continuous improvement to our food service. This is a permanent full-time role on a 14:7 DIDO roster - driving to site locally, or catching our staff bus from Mackay, QLD.
About You:
Strong leadership experience in large catering environments (hotels, functions, remote accommodation)
Experience working in high volume, fast paced work environments
Passion for training and developing staff, with exceptional communication skills
Basic computer and administrative skills, being d
etail-oriented and punctual
Licensed driver, with the confidence to drive on site
