Responsibilities

• Lead and support hosts, servers, bartenders, and other front-of-house staff to ensure exceptional guest service.
• Anticipate guest needs and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Assist the Food and Beverage leadership team with staff scheduling, inventory, and cost control.
• Collaborate with back-of-house teams to ensure service staff understand the presentation and preparation of menu items and special offerings.
