Job Responsibilities

• Support the Hospitality Manager in ensuring consistent customer care and delivery of catering services.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to meet nutritional needs and maintain high service standards.
• Provide themed events for residents and maintain a welcoming dining environment.
• Ensure staff are trained, supervised, and appraised appropriately.
• Maintain Health & Safety measures, including compliance with COSHH and CQC regulations.
• Document and appraise staff activities, ensuring consistent quality of food and beverage service.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in team leadership in a similar role.
• Knowledge of COSHH and CQC regulations.
