1. 统筹管理餐饮服务团队日常运营，确保各服务环节符合服务标准与客户体验要求；
2. 制定并落实服务流程优化方案，监督服务质量执行情况，及时处理客户反馈与现场突发问题；
3. 组织开展员工培训与考核，提升团队专业能力、服务意识及跨岗位协作水平；
4. 协同厨房、采购、财务等部门完成成本控制、库存管理及运营数据分析工作；
5. 执行公司各项管理制度与安全规范，落实食品安全、消防安全及职业健康相关要求。

1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先；
2. 具备3年以上高端餐饮或星级酒店餐饮服务管理经验，有团队管理实绩；
3. 熟悉餐饮服务全流程及行业服务标准，具备良好的服务意识、沟通协调能力与应急处理能力；
4. 具备基础英语沟通能力，能熟练使用办公软件及餐饮管理系统；
5. 持有健康证，无法律法规禁止从事食品生产经营活动的情形。
