Food and Beverage Manager Salary: Fixed monthly salary of $3,000 – $4,600
Contract: Full-time, 2-year contract
Work Schedule: 5.5-day work week

- Develop, implement, and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Oversee daily operations in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements, especially food hygiene and safety.
- Review and plan work schedules to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Coordinate between servery, kitchen, and customer orders for seamless in-house and catering service delivery.
