Food and Beverage Manager to lead and elevate the lodge’s dining experience to exceptional five-star standards.
Minimum requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or Food and Beverage Management
- 3 Years experience as an F and B Manager, Executive Chef, or similar senior hospitality role within a luxury lodge, boutique hotel, or fine-dining environment
- Previous luxury safari lodge experience highly advantageous
- Knowledge of POS and inventory management systems
