A prestigious luxury safari lodge is seeking an experienced and passionate Food and Beverage Manager to lead and elevate the lodge’s dining experience to exceptional five-star standards.Minimum requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or Food and Beverage Management
3 Years experience as an F and B Manager, Executive Chef, or similar senior hospitality role within a luxury lodge, boutique hotel, or fine-dining environment
Previous luxury safari lodge experience highly advantageous
Knowledge of POS and inventory management systems
Strong understanding of South African and international cuisine trends
Experience with stock control, procurement, supplier management, and cost control
