Salary: €70.000 - €90.000

What You’ll Be Running
You’ll own the entire F&B universe of the hotel:
Restaurants, bars and lounges
Banqueting and events
Room service and event catering
Kitchens, stewarding and all related systems (POS, inventory, rota, purchasing)
