Our Haulfryn family has a fantastic opportunity for a full time Operational Trainer to join our prestigious and exclusive beach front The Warren & Spa Holiday Resort at The Warren in Abersoch, North Wales.
The Operational Trainer will support the park operations team in all operational training from training needs analysis to creation/delivery and then evaluation of all operational training, ensuring that all team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out their duties efficiently and effectively in order to deliver a 5-star customer experience.
